Miss Ginger’s Art Cart
By scheduling services with Miss Ginger’s Art Cart, preschools and early learning programs agree to the following terms:
Program Description
Miss Ginger’s Art Cart provides guided, process-based art enrichment designed for preschool-aged children. Lessons follow developmentally appropriate practices and are structured to support creativity, exploration, and confidence within a clear framework.
Artwork outcomes will vary. Children are encouraged to create freely within the structure of each project, and identical results are neither expected nor intended.
Supervision & Classroom Support
During on-site art lessons, children remain under the supervision of classroom teachers and school staff at all times. Miss Ginger’s Art Cart provides instruction and guidance but does not replace required staff-to-child ratios or supervision responsibilities.
Teachers are encouraged to remain present and engaged during art sessions.
Materials & Mess
Art activities may involve paint, glue, and other materials that can be messy. Miss Ginger’s Art Cart uses age-appropriate supplies; however, schools acknowledge that clothing or classroom surfaces may be exposed to art materials.
Participation indicates acceptance of this risk.
Scheduling & Attendance
Lesson schedules are coordinated in advance with each preschool. Miss Ginger’s Art Cart is not responsible for missed lessons due to school closures, student absences, or schedule changes initiated by the center.
Policies for make-up lessons or rescheduling will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Miss Ginger’s Art Cart reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, every effort will be made to provide a make-up session.
Centers agree to provide reasonable notice for cancellations when possible.
Intellectual Property
All lesson plans, activities, curriculum materials, demonstrations, and instructional content created by Miss Ginger’s Art Cart are the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, distributed, or used outside of scheduled sessions without written permission.
Photography & Media
Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for documentation or promotional purposes only with prior written consent from the school and families. No child’s image will be used without permission.
Liability
Miss Ginger’s Art Cart is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur due to lack of supervision, misuse of materials, or conditions outside of instructional guidance.
Professional Collaboration
Miss Ginger’s Art Cart values collaboration with directors and teachers to ensure lessons align with each program’s philosophy, routines, and developmental goals.
