Art Cart
I’m a hands-on, creative person who loves exploring and creating art! I especially love seeing the spark in a child’s eyes when they understand a concept or put it together in their own unique way. It’s such a joy to watch children express themselves creatively! I’ve been teaching art for little learners for over 20 years, I started Miss Ginger’s Art Cart 5 years ago out of my love for preschoolers and my passion for showing how important and powerful art is in the early years.

Miss Ginger’s Art Cart is such a blessing to our school! The kids are learning all about how art is everywhere! We have learned about the elements of art, how to form shapes and lines into something special and even about different artists. It doesn’t matter how young or old you are Miss Ginger makes art come to life. She takes time to show students how art is in books, and all around us everyday. Our students walk away each week with new ideas and knowing that they can be an artist wherever they go!!

Miss Ginger is an amazing art teacher who brings creativity to life through the art books she chooses to introduce. She teaches skills while still encouraging students to make each project their own. My daughter often mentions at home, “Miss Ginger showed me this,” or “Miss Ginger does it this way,” which shows just how much she learns and loves Miss Ginger. Miss Ginger facilitated an art lesson for our fall Connect Event at our church. She did an amazing job engaging the kids in a story, teaching them about art and planning an art activity for all ages. All the kids had so much fun and were so creative! We are so thankful for Ginger and that God called her to use her incredible gifts in this way!
